Spring & Fall Leagues
This league is open to anyone college-age or older. Whether you're a former athlete, weekend warrior, or just looking to stay active, you're welcome to join!.
🔹 League Requirements:
Team Roster Size: Minimum 8 players, maximum 12. League Size: Minimum of 4 teams to run the league, maximum of 12 teams.
🔸 Division Format:
If we have fewer teams, we'll play in one division. If we have enough teams, we'll split into two divisions based on each team’s average age: Alumni Division – Average team age: college-age to 30 Over 30 Division – Average team age: over 30 This format ensures more balanced competition and a better experience for everyone.
🗓️ Season Details Games:
Two games per week, scheduled Monday–Thursday at McKenna, MHS Upper, or St. Rose Gym. Fridays may be used if needed. Teams will always have at least one rest day between games. Format: Each team plays every team in their division once. (Example: 8 teams = 8 games, 10 teams = 10 games, etc.)
🏆 Playoffs:
Top 4 teams advance to a single-elimination playoff to compete for the championship! Remaining teams will play friendly matchups based on standings — e.g., 5th vs 6th, 7th vs 8th, etc.

Spring Season: Begins 3rd week of April . Fall Season: Begins 2nd week of September.
📝 Registration Info:
The team manager will register their entire team on the St. Rose CYO website at www.strosecyo.org. During registration, the team manager will be asked to provide information for each player, including their name and email address. After registration, the system will automatically send an email to each player inviting them to join the team. Players will then need to follow the instructions in the email and click on the link provided in the email to complete their registration. 🔺 Important: Players should not register directly on the website!

đź’µ Payment Info Team Fee:
The team fee will be posted in the program description when registration opens. The Team Manager is responsible for collecting and submitting payment. The payment is due on the day of your team’s first game. Payment Methods: Check (payable to St. Rose CYO), cash, or a combination of both.

Teams may design and purchase their own custom jerseys, or buy the official St. Rose CYO reversible jersey (red/white) for $20 cash, available on opening night.
